JENNER C. TSENG practices in the areas of employment litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, insurance brokerage litigation, insurance recovery, and complex insurance disputes. Mr. Tseng also regularly advises and assists clients in various non-litigation matters such as regulatory compliance, contract review and negotiation and corporate governance.

Mr. Tseng has extensive experience representing and advising a broad array of corporate and individual clients in the resolution of their complex business and employment disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. He is skilled in the development of cost-effective litigation strategies to attain favorable results for his clients, including law and motion practice, utilizing focused discovery and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Tseng spent the majority of his childhood living abroad, including Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. In 1999, Mr. Tseng graduated from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Management Information Systems.  While at the University of British Columbia, he became a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Mr. Tseng received his Juris Doctor degree in 2002 from the U.C.L.A. School of Law.  During law school, he was an associate editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal. Mr. Tseng was admitted to the California bar in 2002 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  Mr. Tseng is a member of the litigation sections of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Mr. Tseng is conversant in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
