OVERVIEW

Litigator Gina Guerra has more than two decades of experience in complex litigation matters, ranging from securities law violations to entertainment law and labor and employment disputes.

She has covered all aspects of litigation, from the pleading and discovery stages through pre- and post-trial motions, trials, and appeals. Gina also has extensive experience with internal corporate investigations and various forms of alternative dispute resolution. The range of her litigation experience includes such areas as:

An alumna of the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, Gina graduated cum laude and earned membership in the Order of the Coif and the Thurston Honor Society. She has extensive writing skills, which she acquired through 20 years of litigation experience in major New York law firms; as a Judicial Law Clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California; and as a member of the editorial board of UC Law Journal. She has published articles in scholarly journals, including the UC Law Journal.

Gina is committed to pro bono work and has been commended by the Los Angeles County Bar Association for her significant contributions. Her community engagements include service on the Boards of Directors of the Children’s Bureau of Southern California and Hillsides in Pasadena, among other charitable organizations. Gina is the current president of the Pasadena Garden Club and holds national positions in the Garden Club of America in the Horticulture Judging Program and as the chair of the GCA’s upcoming horticulture conference.
