Class Action Defense

The firm has had extensive experience in the defense of class action litigation.  Labor and Employment cases are typically handled by the Labor and Employment Department of the firm, occasionally with help from members of the Litigation Department.  All other class action litigation is handled by the Litigation Department, and the firm has had substantial experience defending a wide variety of class action matters, including those alleging violations of the federal and state securities laws, and California’s consumer protection laws.
