Jeffrey B. Bell is a seasoned property rights and business litigator who helps real estate and business owners navigate complex legal disputes, with a particular emphasis on the representation of property owners in eminent domain actions.

With more than a decade of experience, Jeff provides comprehensive counsel throughout all stages of litigation, from inception to resolution. He has successfully tried cases before state and federal courts in California, handling matters ranging from breach of contract and fraud to trade secrets and officer/director liability matters.

In his eminent domain practice, Jeff cut his teeth by representing public agencies in condemnation proceedings, giving him a unique perspective from the government's side of the practice. Jeff now leverages that insight to assist commercial and residential property owners, navigating them through the complex eminent domain process, ensuring that their rights are protected and that they truly are afforded just compensation.

Jeff began his litigation career as a law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he served on trial teams with the Compton Hardcore Gang Division. He was named a Rising Star in business litigation by the Southern California edition of Super Lawyers.
