We spent the last century playing a central role in Southern California’s rapid growth and development, standing side-by-side with a City that thrives on the diverse and vibrant community of people and businesses that make the City what it is today.
As we kick off our next century, our mission is to continue to engage diverse attorneys and professional staff who reflect and celebrate the wide array of backgrounds, experiences, and beliefs that make Southern California unique. We individually and collectively support perspectives and policies that promote inclusion and help the underserved in our community.
We recognize our unique responsibility as legal professionals to foster a community of belonging, both broadly beyond our walls but also here within them. Our century of experience has taught us diverse perspectives are the foundation to creating an environment in which diversity is celebrated through intentional acts.
Spearheaded by our Diversity & Inclusion Committee, we have identified key initiatives that demonstrate our core beliefs, including an inclusive culture; investing in, hiring, and developing diverse professionals; and implementing internal controls to mentor and monitor progress and achievements.
Our commitment to equal opportunity means that we encourage all careers to flourish here, regardless of one’s race, religion, color, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, nationality, age, disability, marital or parental status.
