CHRISTOPHER M. DARGAN has substantial experience representing clients in real property sales, development, construction, financing and leasing.  He is well-versed in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of shopping centers, office properties, warehouse and industrial complexes, public works, and multifamily apartment properties.

In addition to representing private real estate clients, Mr. Dargan has been a California County senior deputy attorney, representing government entities in connection with a wide variety of real estate projects, such as harbor and park development and use, road projects and low-income housing development, use and financing.

Mr. Dargan  graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles. He then received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California School of Law where he was obtained Honors in the Hale Moot Court Program.
