Jenner C. Tseng practices in the areas of employment litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, insurance brokerage litigation, insurance recovery, complex insurance disputes, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Jenner also regularly advises and assists clients in various non-litigation matters such as regulatory compliance, contract review and negotiation, and corporate governance.

Jenner represents and advises a broad array of corporate and individual clients in the resolution of their complex business and employment disputes. Working quickly and efficiently, he develops cost-effective litigation strategies to attain favorable results for his clients. Jenner draws from several options, including law and motion practice, focused discovery, and alternative dispute resolution.

When trial is unavoidable, Jenner aggressively advocates, and has a track record of securing favorable jury verdicts, on behalf of his clients.

Trusted Counsel to Universities and Colleges

Universities and colleges are a significant focus of his more than 20 years of experience. He advises and represents major research universities, academic medical centers, and religious institutions. He helps institutions of higher learning navigate what can be especially challenging issues, including social media, Greek life, and sexual assault allegations.

These educational institutions regularly rely on his guidance in complying with federal and state regulations. Jenner also provides counsel and representation in most types of business transactions, including media rights agreements, intellectual property use agreements, and sports arena license agreements.

Jenner spent the majority of his childhood abroad, including in Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance and management Information systems from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. While earning his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law, Jenner served as an associate editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal.
