OVERVIEW
Neil D. Martin represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation. He focuses on intellectual property matters, including trade secrets, copyright, trademark and patent disputes. He also regularly litigates real property, breach of contract and fraud cases.
Since starting his career at Hill Farrer & Burrill in 1980, he has tried hundreds of cases in state and federal courts across California.

Neil has decades of experience in immediately filing an action and obtaining injunctive relief to put the bad conduct on hold. He also works the other side to defend businesses and individuals who are accused of infringement/misappropriation/copying and unfair competition.
Recognized by Southern California Super Lawyers, Neil earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico. He served as a CEB panelist on “Trade Secrets Litigation in California: Current Issues and Cutting Edge Strategies.”
