Whitney B. Kringel represents clients in real estate and corporate transactional matters.

For nearly two decades, Whitney has assisted clients with leases, purchases and sales of various classes of real property, as well as with title, easement, and property tax issues. In the corporate realm, Whitney guides clients through the formation or conversion of corporate entities and assists with transfers of interests. She counsels clients on, and assists with, the observance of corporate formalities, required filings, and record keeping in an effort to protect clients from litigation and other issues. She also has experience with corporate acquisitions and dispositions.

Whitney’s attention to detail and background in writing (she has a bachelor’s degree in English) add value and strength to her work as a transactional attorney. In a practice area where everything turns on the written agreement, Whitney’s conscientiousness can avoid problems down the road for her clients.

Whitney joined Hill, Farrer & Burrill in 2005 after earning her Juris Doctor degree from the USC Gould School of Law.
